Welcome to Athletes Academy! By enrolling in or participating in any of our programs, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all participants, parents, guardians, and affiliates of Athletes Academy.
1. General Overview
Athletes Academy provides sports programs to children and young athletes within schools and other educational institutions. Our programs are designed to foster physical development, teamwork, and athletic skills in a structured and safe environment.
2. Eligibility
Participation in Athletes Academy programs is open to students enrolled in participating schools. Each participant must meet any age, health, and skill prerequisites outlined in specific program descriptions.
3. Registration and Enrollment
All participants must complete the registration form provided by Athletes Academy, including necessary medical information, parental/guardian consent, and any applicable fees.
Enrollment is subject to space availability and may be limited by the capacity of individual programs.
4. Payment and Fees
Program fees must be paid in full prior to participation. Payment options will be communicated during registration.
Refunds are subject to the refund policy, as outlined below.
5. Refund Policy
Full refunds are available if a participant withdraws without having participated in the program.
No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced unless in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons, with a doctor’s certificate).
6. Health and Safety
Athletes Academy takes the safety and well-being of all participants seriously. Each participant is required to provide any relevant medical information upon registration, including known allergies or medical conditions.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that the child is fit to participate in the program.
Any injuries or accidents that occur during the program will be attended to by a qualified staff member, and parents/guardians will be notified immediately.
7. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to adhere to the Athletes Academy code of conduct, which promotes respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Bullying, inappropriate behavior, or violation of program rules may result in removal from the program, without refund.
8. Liability Waiver
By participating in Athletes Academy programs, participants and their guardians agree to release Athletes Academy, its staff, coaches, and affiliated entities from any liability related to injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property occurring during the program, except in cases of gross negligence.
9. Program Changes and Cancellations
Athletes Academy reserves the right to cancel or change the schedule, location, or instructors of any program due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment.
In the event of cancellation, participants will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to another program.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the administration of Athletes Academy programs. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all participants and will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
11. Media and Photography
By enrolling in our programs, participants and their guardians consent to the use of photos or videos taken during program sessions for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish for your child's image to be used, please notify us in writing.
12. Intellectual Property
All program materials, including lesson plans, drills, and resources provided by Athletes Academy, remain the property of Athletes Academy and are not to be reproduced or distributed without permission.
13. Modification of Terms
Athletes Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website.
